OK it is just our irrigation water hole, but I thought it sounds a little better and with a little imagination – Lake Cercis; so called since I planted a few self-sown Cercis seedlings around it. We had this pond enlarged for a third time in December 2014. So, it is time to start to extend the garden to the land around it. It will be a major effort, and will likely take a few years.
