Ceratostigma plumbaginoides in September

(Under construction)
It is not supposed to be reliably hardy to our area, but many gardeners here have success with it. I like it because it blooms in the fall, and is BLUE. Although its leaves are supposed to turn nice red in the fall, but I haven’t seen that happened yet in the last few years. I am just glad that it survives so far.
