Arabis ferdinandi-coburg variegata in April

(Revised 14 Jan 2014)
Its common name is rock-cress, and is supposed to be ‘well known’ to various butterflies (although I have not noticed any yet for the few years that I grow it). It appears to be more commonly grown in rockery garden. The only variety I have is Arabis ferdinandi-coburg variegata. The foliage is almost evergreen, and shows a purplish tone in cold weather like early spring.
