(Under construction)
Juniperus rigida subsp. rigida (common name temple juniper) is native to China. I do not understand why it is not popular at all around here. I like its graceful appearance. The main negative aspect is the dull yellowish winter colour. It does need some pruning each year to keep a neater appearance. One of my plants is more than 25 years old and the others are more than 20 years old.
